To promote skin elasticity and strengthen hair and nails, take this dynamic silica preparation on a regular basis with water before each meal. This powder has a slight anise taste. This powder may also be combined with a small amount of water to create a paste to spot treat or to an existing face mask for a radiant appearance. Age 12 and older: 1 teaspoonful. Ages 2-11: 1/2 teaspoonful. Under age 2: Consult a physician. Contains lactose.
