Shipping and Returns

The cost of shipping is based on daily standard shipping rates with the selected carrier. Default shipping options are as follows but not guaranteed:

  • USPS Priority Mail – typically 2-3 days transit time
  • UPS Ground – typically 3-6 days transit time
FREE SHIPPING

Retail customers receive free shipping for orders totaling $250 or more after any discounts are applied!

Occasionally we offer free shipping as part of a special promotion. Sign up to receive these notices.

RUSH SHIPPING

Rush shipping is available through our web store and through telephone orders. In order to achieve your requested delivery date, the order must be placed by 12pm CST to request one of the following rush shipping options. Supplemental charges will be added based upon the package weight and delivery area. A $5.00 handling fee will apply to all rush orders.

The following options apply if available for your address:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days delivery)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery)
  • UPS Ground (1-5 days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1:30 pm next weekday)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (end of 2nd weekday)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please contact our customer experience team here or by phone at 866-642-2858 x1 if you experience any problems with international orders or international shipping options with our web store. Uriel is capable of shipping to any country but does not guarantee delivery beyond the continental U.S.

BACK ORDERS AND PRICING

Backordered items will be sent as soon as they are back in stock at no additional shipping cost. We do not hold initial orders until the back-ordered item is in stock. All items will be shipped as available.  Payment for back-ordered items will be taken when the order is placed. All prices, discounts, and shipping fees are subject to change.

Returns

We strive to maintain outstanding service and satisfaction with your order. We would like you to be happy with your purchase from Uriel so please make your selection carefully. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong item or if any items are damaged in shipping, please contact us within 14 days from the invoice date and we will happily correct the situation.
